Raising Awareness of Developmental Language Disorder

A new blog post about allied health report writing and I'm interested in your thoughts: Writing an allied health report is like preparing and serving a meal. My research has focused on understanding the experiences of the readers and the writers of allied health reports written for and about people with lifelong communication disability. I'm doing this to find ways for reports to be easier to read and understand, and possibly easier to write too. Writing reports is a core part of allied health practice. It’s also a skill that takes time, reflection, and feedback to learn. The NDIA has released a new round of updates to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, effective 24 November 2025. While most are minor, they’ve still sparked a bit of confusion on social media.

Plan Managers are relying on this document more and more to determine whether a support can legitimately be paid for. This document no longer only applies to registered providers (if you want to be paid for the work that you do).
