I’ve put together the list of items I check with every review I complete. It’s designed to assist participants (and their informal supports) to conduct their own review of their reports, and it’s a first draft (excuse the grammatical errors). The checklist is attached. It’s detailed, it’s repetitive, it’s unfiltered and you may think it’s overkill. But this information is collated using multiple web pages on the official ndis website and when providing supporting evidence there’s no such thing as too much information.
