I hope so! Who'd have guessed that having a Jane Austen-obsessed teacher would come in so handy 30 years later! In the words of Mr Gardiner (I think!): "Do not give way to useless alarm...though it is right to be prepared for the worst, there is no occasion to look on it as certain."
